I’m going to be on TV! A couple months ago during the initial Book Tour Launching in Baltimore for Life On Purpose: Six Passages to an Inspired Life, my family and I were followed around by a television crew for the Retirement Channel show, THE ART OF LIVING. My profile will air next week, July 5 and 6 on DirectTV channel 364 at 11:30 am, 1:30 pm and 4 pm.

It was really a fun experience. While the original idea was to simply interview me in my hotel room (boring or what?), I suggested they tape us at the Baltimore Zoo. After all, my family was planning on being there and I wanted to be with Ann and Amber, so it was a win-win, and a lot more interesting. I’ve not seen the segment, so, I have no idea what will be aired, but hope you can check it out and let me know what you think.

It’s not Oprah — not yet, but my daughter, Amber, and my publicist, Carol, are working on that.
