Hard to believe that it’s been a month since I was in New York at Book Expo America. What a month it’s been, with the launching of Life On Purpose: Six Passages to an Inspired Life. It’s been one of the most exciting, fun, and on purpose months of my life.
A new friend of mine from BEA, Sally, sent me this picture that she took of me during my stay in NYC. Considering the subject she had to work with, I thought the picture came out well. the little projection between me and the boat is the Stature of Liberty. Yep, I was a real tourist while in NYC.
If you’re a bibliophile, treat yourself to a BEA in the future. If you ever had the fear that books were going out of stay or about to be replaced with the Internet, BEA will convince you otherwise. The only real downside to the event is that I’m now seeing some ‘author autographed’ copies of Life On Purpose: Six Passages to an Inspired Life appearing on Amazon. Seems a little cheesy to me to go to a book expo to meet authors and get free copies of books just to sale online. Oh well, it’s there karma. After all, it’s one way to get the Life On Purpose Process and book out into the world.
