I love Freecycle (learn more about it here). I enjoy finding items that still have some good use but for which I no longer have a need. And it's been especially helpful this past year when we had so many usable items left in one of our rental houses (along with over 2,000 pounds of non-usable trash).

So, from time to time I'll be listing items here, often with photos so those in my local Freecycle network can take a look to see if they'll have a use for the items.  If you can use one of the items just send me an email.

We now use our "Freecycle Table". Once you ask for something and we verify who gets it, we'll put it out on the table so you can pick it up with 24-48 hours. If it's not picked up in that timeframe it will be either listed again or given to the next person.

It was a particular busy Freecycle day on the day this pic was taken. The bins under the table are for recycling batteries (regular and rechargeable) and cell phones.

Decorative coffee table candle holder – Comes with the pine cones but you don't have to keep them in it. Also, comes with pebbles to arrange around candles.

Box of miscellaneous stuff – includes 30 or so coat hangers, potato and dip dish in fish shape, small jewelry box, pet brush, accounting record keeping book, etc.

Other items available as of June 5, not shown:

• Box of audio tapes – some with music others blank tapes that can be reused.

• Box of video tapes for recording TV shows, movies, etc.

• Floor mats for small car. Came out of a VW. It good shape, just a little wimpy on thickness.

• 8 plastic ice trays with a drink can organizer for refrigerator.

• Invisible fence electronic hook up with wire — no collar, but as far as I know the rest of this works.

• Box of small candle holders.  If you're into candle making these can be reused to make new candles.
