As the world begins to move out of COVID lockdown, you may find yourself thinking of getting away to the gorgeous North Carolina mountains for some much-deserved rest and rejuvenation. If so, we would like to invite you to consider the Flat Rock/Hendersonville area for your peaceful respite.
For those who may not yet know us, we are Ann and Brad Swift, senior (& seasoned) Landmark grads. We both completed our first Forums in 1988. We have lived in this “Paradise Found” for the past 27 years, and we love hosting other Landmark grads. So, on April 16th, we reopened our “Cozy Mountain Getaway” on AirBnB again.
We’re inviting the community of Landmark graduates that we love to hang out with to join us in our mountain paradise and save some money as well.

Confirm that the Cozy Getaway is a good fit for you and that the dates you need are available.
Then, return to this page to complete the form below to receive the “Landmark Graduate Rate” which will be the flat rate per night posted on AirBnB exclusive of the other charges you will incur going through AirBnB.
Typical AirBnB Rates
For Example
If the nightly rate is $49/night and you book for two nights, you will pay only $98, not the $170 as listed on AirBnB.
The preferred method of payment is through Venmo though we can also accept checks if the reservation is far enough in advance for us to receive the check and for it to clear.

I will then confirm the reservation with you and forward additional information to make your stay with us as fun and relaxing as possible. I will also include a final tally of the costs so you can complete making the payment within 48-hours of the confirmation.

It was a delight to stay at Brad and Ann’s beautiful cabin surrounded by a lush rainforest. They were very accommodating
